3. Warranty Does Not Cover

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all DOA claims.
Without an unboxing video, warranty or replacement claims may not be accepted.

7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers may be required to return the product for inspection before a warranty claim can be processed.
If the issue is covered under warranty, RJ Traders will provide guidance regarding the warranty process.
8. Limitation of Liability
RJ Traders’ responsibility under this Warranty Policy is limited to the repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of eligible products only.
RJ Traders shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
