All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

RJ Traders reserves the right to update product prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. RJ Traders reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete customer information

If your order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier service.
• Delivery delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier companies, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.

Mandatory Requirement

To process any return or exchange request, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel.
• Clearly show the sealed package.
• Continue without cuts or edits.
• Clearly show the issue with the product.

Without a complete unboxing video, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.

8. Return Request

To initiate a return or exchange, send the following on WhatsApp:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Reason for Return
• Complete Unboxing Video
• Product Photos (if required)

9. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Refunds may take several business days depending on the payment method used.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by RJ Traders.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information.
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
• Recording a complete unboxing video immediately upon delivery.

RJ Traders is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

11. Warranty

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products sold by RJ Traders do not include a manufacturer’s warranty.

If a product includes a warranty, the warranty details will be clearly stated on its respective product page.
