Parcel Inspection
We strongly recommend that every customer records a complete unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel.
This video is mandatory for any claim related to:

Damaged product
Missing item
Defective item
Claims submitted without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be accepted.
Failed Deliveries
