1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
A return or exchange request will only be considered if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged.
The product is defective upon delivery.
The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business, a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
The video must:
Begin before opening the parcel.
Clearly show the sealed package.
Continue without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
Clearly show the product and the issue.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.
The product is missing its original packaging or accessories.
No complete unboxing video is provided.
The issue is due to normal wear and tear or customer misuse.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please send the following information via WhatsApp:

Reason for the request
Complete unboxing video
Clear photos of the product (if requested)

5. Exchange Policy
If your request is approved, RJ Traders may offer:
A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
An exchange for another product of equal value (where applicable).
6. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:
The returned product must first be received and inspected by our team.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, or through another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing may take several business days after approval.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the error was caused by RJ Traders.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on the part of RJ Traders (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we will provide appropriate assistance regarding the return shipping process.
For returns requested for reasons not caused by RJ Traders, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right to Refuse Returns
RJ Traders reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
